The Ancient Ruins of Pompeii & Mt. Vesuvius

Take the opportunity to visit the world-famous archeological site of Pompeii overtaken by the fatal eruption of Mt. Vesuvius back in 79 AD. Enjoy an extensive guided tour of the ruins with a professional guide on site. (entry fee to Ruins of 15 euro p.p - NOT Included) After the guided tour, you will have some FREE time to enjoy Lunch, (note: lunch not included, bring money for lunch) After lunch we will then visit the majestic (still active) volcano and you will have the opportunity to climb up to the crater.

**Note: In rare cases of inclement weather or strikes, the crater of Vesuvius may be closed to visitors.
