USO Vicenza Volunteer of the Month - November 2021

Please join the USO Vicenza in congratulating Brooke Swanson on being named our November 2021, Volunteer of the Month! Brooke has been volunteering with the USO Vicenza since the summer of 2020 and is our first minor volunteer for our center. Brooke is a Junior at Vicenza High School maintained honor roll with distinction consistently through her high school career. She currently resides in Italy with her father Ed, mother Christine, brother Hayden (also a USO Volunteer), and 2 adopted cats Spooky and Luna. When Brooke is not volunteering or at school, she enjoys listening to music, hanging out with friends, and doing arts and crafts. The Arts and Crafts that Brooke enjoys is a real help in the center where she spends time prepping the decorations and craft kits. She is also a tremendous help when preparing for our larger holiday and weekend events to help us ensure our patrons enjoy themselves while participating. Not only does Brooke find the time to volunteer at the USO, she also enjoys volunteering at the Red Cross and Vicenza Community Club.
