USO Vicenza Volunteer of the Quarter 4th Quarter

Please join the USO Vicenza in congratulating Hayden Swanson on being named our Volunteer of the Quarter for the 4th Quarter of 2021! Hayden has been volunteering with the USO Vicenza since December of 2020 and is coming up on his first-year volunteering with the USO. Over the past year Hayden has become an invaluable member of the team. He is currently a student at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), where he studies Computer Programing. He resides in Italy with his father Ed, mother Christine, sister Brooke (also a USO Volunteer), and 2 adopted cats Spooky and Luna. Hayden was born in in Hawaii but has lived all around the world. When Hayden is not studying or volunteering, he enjoys reading up on WWII history and playing video games. Hayden has been a tremendous asset to the center. He has truly stepped up by volunteering for a variety of events. Whether it is prepping for an event, serving our service members, decorating the center, dressing up in costume or just running the front desk, Hayden is up for any task thrown at him. Even as a full-time student, he still finds time to come into the center to volunteer whenever he has a few open hours. Once again, join us in congratulating Hayden on becoming our Volunteer of the Quarter for the 4th Quarter of 2021.
