USO Sigonella Volunteer of the Month December- Rhiannon Mattingly

USO Sigonella would like to congratulate our Volunteer of the Month for December, Rhiannon Mattingly. She has been a volunteer for us since the beginning of the year. She has devoted over 40 hours of her time giving back to the NAS Sigonella community during events and even behind the scenes. Rhiannon is also an active duty service member and is an LSSN for NAVSUP. She works at the post office here and is extremely busy during the holiday season but still makes it in to help out with events and preparation.

Rhiannon is very sweet, caring, and a hard worker which are all things we look for in our volunteers. You may recognize her from our Troop Lunch, Cup Of Joe, or Taste Of Home events but she is even helping out behind the scenes. When asked why she volunteers for the USO Rhiannon said, “Volunteering at the USO has given me many opportunities to give back to NAS Sigonella. Through the USO, I have been able to meet various people from different walks of life and brighten their day. This experience has enriched my customer service skills and professionalism. I am forever grateful to the USO and their staff for the opportunities I have been given.” We are extremely grateful for Rhiannon and all her hard work!
