USO Vicenza Volunteer of the Month December 2020

Please join the USO Vicenza in congratulating our December 2020 Volunteer of the Month, Suzanne Zielinski 🥳. Suzanne is originally from Maryland but has been living in Italy for the past 6 years with her husband Greg. Although they don’t live with her, Suzanne is the proud mother of 3 wonderful children, Miranna who is in the Airforce, Paul who is a senior in the Airforce Academy, and Anna who is a Sophomore at Notre Dame. When Suzanne is not volunteering, she enjoys traveling, baking, and going for long walks. However, the majority of her time consists of volunteering around the community. She is often at the USO Vicenza helping prep appreciation bags, or cooking in the kitchen. Suzanne also is part of a Facebook group that prepares deserts for service members on their birthdays 🎂, is a regular at scheduling events and the local Highschool, and is always looking out for ways to make a difference in the community. She even went above and beyond to help organize an Appreciation Drop to the hard-working staff at the Vicenza Health Clinic and recruited her daughter to start volunteering while home on winter break. Suzanne truly loves to give back to the community in any way that she can and has definitely become a crucial member of the USO Vicenza family ❤️.
