USO Sigonella Volunteer of the Month September-Jennifer Melville

Please join USO Sigonella in congratulating our Volunteer of the Month for September, Jennifer Melville!! Jennifer joined our volunteer team as soon as we got back into the office after Covid and has been rocking it ever since. You may recognize her from our early morning Cup of Joe events or had the pleasure of being part of our Coffee Connections event where Jennifer taught the class how to paint a beautiful pumpkin. Her sunny personality is exactly what the USO is looking for in a volunteer. She is dependable and always goes above and beyond to help make any event she is helping with a great one.

Originally from Yacolt, Washington, Jennifer has been a military wife for 16 ½ years. She stays busy with homeschooling her four children, taking them to and from their activities and exploring the island with her family. She loves all things art and was instrumental in leading our first Spouse Event we held in person since Covid by sharing her passion with all our participants. We are so thankful to have her on our team and we can’t wait to continue to work together and see what other projects we can team up on to continue to spread goodness to our amazing community!!!
